This is my third year with Identifix, and I just renewed my Direct-Hit subscription. It's consistently reliable. I used the OEM Service Manuals and Labor Guides this time for a European car, and it was just as accurate as my previous experiences with domestic vehicles. The database updates seem regular, and I haven't had any major downtime. It's why I keep coming back; it just works.

Pretty good for DIY
